Swiss native Florin Baeriswyl was born in Sweden, but moved back to Switzerland at an early age. Having graduated in industrial design at Höhere Schule für Gestaltung Zurich (HGKZ), he co-founded dai in 1987 to provide design, architecture, and identity services, and has grown the company to include clients such as USM, JP Morgan, Deutsche Bank, and Nestlé. His work for dai is internationally recognized with multiple reddot, iF, and Good Design Awards.

Chris received a degree in Politics, Philosophy and Economics from Oxford University before taking up a traineeship with Ogilvy & Mather. He has subsequently pursued a career in marketing consultancy focusing on communications, innovation and branding. He was CEO and chairman of Corporate Edge, one of the UK’s leading branding and design consultancies, leading a management buy-out before eventual sales of the company. Chris contributes strategic input to dai, and is also chairman of the UK government's marketing communications body, COI.

Philip is a brand strategist with backgrounds in design, branding, and media. After studying architecture and graphics at Washington University in St. Louis, he became one of the founding members of EGG, Taiwan’s first multidisciplinary design magazine, and subsequently was brand strategist at DEM, Taiwan’s leading design and branding agency. He has previously provided brand strategy for multinationals such as Aurora and Taiwan Tobacco & Liquor, and has lived in Singapore, Taiwan, China, the US, and France.
